Here ya go:
I ordered a call from Phil that he had already made, I wanted custom engraving on the band with my dogs name on it. I spoke with Phil on the phone and got the order squared away. It wasn't just a take my order and thanks see ya kind of phone call, it was an actual conversation. That shows Phil is really customer oriented, don't see that much anymore. Me and my dog were entered in our first hunt test, I was HOPING I would get the call in time to use at the test since it had HER name on it, you know for good luck. The call didn't arrive by Saturday, the first day of the test and we failed on the first bird. I was really bummed. I got home Saturday night and the call had arrived in the mail! I used it during the test on Sunday and we got a PASS! Our first pass at an HRC test!!!!! Was it the call? I don't know for sure, but I won't do another test without it! The call is beautiful and sounds GREAT! I will definitely be ordering from Phil again!
